CURTIS L. COONROD, CPA

Mr. Coonrod is a certified public accountant whose practice involves services to Indiana local governmental financial management. His work involves helping clients understand and deal with the regulatory framework within which local government operates in Indiana. His clients are Indiana municipalities, counties, and townships. His work includes budgeting and planning for these entities.
Mr. Coonrod was elected County Auditor of Marion County in 1986 and served until 1990. He also served two terms on the City-County Council and was chairman of its administration and finance committee. Previously he served as assistant national director of governmental accounting and auditing for a national accounting firm.
He is a member of the Government Finance Officers' Association, the Association of Indiana Counties and the Indiana Township Association.
He is a co-author of Government Accounting and Financial Reporting, published by Warren, Gorham, and Lamont and has had his work published in the national Journal of Accountancy.
He has presented seminars on local government fiscal matters to the Government Finance Officers Association and the Association of Indiana Counties, Indiana Township Association, and the Indiana League of Clerk Treasurers.  He has taught accounting at the University of Indianapolis and Marian College.
Mr. Coonrod is a native of Lafayette, Indiana, and has a bachelor's degree in accounting from Indiana University.


 


STEPHANIE L. LILLY       

Ms. Lilly provides services to local units of Indiana government. Her clients are primarily Indiana townships, municipalities and special districts. She collaborates with her clients to help them best deal with the both the intricacies of the state regulation of local government in Indiana and the practical carrying-out of unit policies and procedures.

Ms. Lilly specializes in preparing comprehensive fiscal projections to help her clients understand the impact of state regulations and individual unit policies on their financial health down the road.

A native of Dayton, Ohio, Ms. Lilly studies accounting at Indiana University - Indianapolis.

 


BENJAMIN W. ROEGER, J.D., CPA

Mr. Roeger's practice involves services to local government financial management.  He helps his clients better understand how they will be fiscally impacted by Indiana regulatory measures.  His clients are Indiana municipalities, counties and townships.  He also stays active in government serving as the Treasurer for several political committees across the State of Indiana.

Mr. Roeger previously worked at a law firm where he specialized in taxation, including matters involving property tax and state/local income taxation.  He also interned at the Indiana Board of Tax Review.


Mr. Roeger is a native of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.  He received Bachelor of Accountancy and Masters of Accountancy Degrees from the University of Missouri and received his Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree from Indiana University.  He passed the Indiana bar examination and was admitted to the state's bar in 2007.
